Our
clients decide
whether or not
to interview the
candidates we
have presented.
Once the
interviews have
been conducted
and a decision
to hire has been
made, our
clients will
offer the
position through
TransITions
to the
candidate, or
choose some
other
appropriate
course of
action.
Should the
candidate accept
the position,
TransITions
is paid
a negotiated
placement fee by
the client - a %
of the
candidates first
years salary.
Evaluate 1st
If a client
would like to
start an IT
Professional on
an hourly basis
with the
intention to
actually hire
that individual
at a later date,
this plan allows
the client to
utilize an
individual's
services on an
hourly basis for
130 business
days with no
obligation to
hire.
There are two
major advantages
to this
scenario. First,
the client is
allowed time to
thoroughly test
the technical,
business, and
leadership
skills of the
candidate.
Second, the
personality of
both the
candidate and
the manager will
most likely be
tested in one
way or another,
allowing each
individual to
understand how
the other works
under pressure.
After these
130 business
days are
completed, our
clients may then
offer Full Time
Employment to
the professional
without having
to pay
TransITions
a placement fee.
Contract
Services
If a client
realizes they
need an IT
Professional for
an extended
amount of time,
yet does not
want to hire a
person full
time,
TransITions
can provide the
appropriate
technical talent
to our clients
at an hourly or
Contract rate.
